Plump and delicious, sprouted lentils contain all the benefits of lentils, in sprout form. A mild nutty flavour, we chuck these in everything. Salads, sauces, burgers, mashed on toast, with red onion and balsamic vinegar – we could go on but we’ll stop there. Green Lentils are slightly larger than Red. In our fresh sprouts, we mix the two together; it has a great flavour and we get more colours into our diet.
100g of beans will produce approximately 250g of sprouts in 2 – 3 days.
