Our pumpkin seeds are guaranteed raw. It is very hard to find truly raw pumpkin seeds: most are Chinese, and are light green, meaning they are heat-treated. Ours are a dark-green and have a stronger flavour. They will sprout, which Chinese seeds don't.
Pumpkin seeds are an excellent source of the minerals zinc and magnesium, and the amino acid tryptophan.
