Description

Our pumpkin seeds are guaranteed raw. It is very hard to find truly raw pumpkin seeds: most are Chinese, and are light green, meaning they are heat-treated. Ours are a dark-green and have a stronger flavour. They will sprout, which Chinese seeds don't.

Pumpkin seeds are an excellent source of the minerals zinc and magnesium, and the amino acid tryptophan.

How To Use

Pumpkin seeds are very easy to integrate into your daily diet, all seeds should be soaked before ingestion to make them easier to digest. We suggest soaking your pumpkin seeds for 2-4 hours before you consume them.
