We partner with DPD for all UK deliveries over 2kg (parcels under 2kg go with Royal Mail). If you haven't already, we highly recommend downloading the DPD app to your phone. There, you can create a profile and receive tracking info. You can even go into the "Delivery Address" section of your profile, and add a pin location, a "what3words" reference, a photo of your front door, and info about where to leave deliveries when you are out. Invaluable for those hard to find tricky addresses!
Not only are DPD the most reliable couriers that we have worked with, they are unparalleled in the UK currently for their efforts to provide an environmentally responsible service, with the aim of being "the greenest delivery fleet on the planet". Over 1500 of their fleet are electric vehicles, the largest electric fleet in the country; they plant a tree for every 10 deliveries that you receive; 100% of their waste avoids landfill, and much more. As part of this eco-mission, DPD now only make one delivery attempt, after that they will leave it with a local hub. So be sure to get the app, input all the necessary info for a seamless delivery experience, and watch that forest grow that all your orders help contribute to!
Nearly all our orders are sent to DPD within 24hrs of receiving them, Mon-Fri. DPD's standard delivery service is 24-48hrs, also Mon-Fri. Most UK mainland customers experience that if they make an order in the morning, it is there the next day, or a day later. If you make an order on a Friday afternoon, it may not arrive until Tues or Wed the following week, as it will not be picked up until Mon.
