Lovely Stuff

"I love the taste of this yacon syrup. It’s not as sweet as honey but still has a rounded sweet flavour. Plus the added benefits of it being a prebiotic & not spiking sugar levels. Great quality from Raw Living as always."

Useful way to add a little sweetness.

"Sweet but not too sweet, I find it useful when I want to add a little something that also won't mess with blood sugar levels. The bottle lasts a long time."

Delicious Syrup

"Delicious undertones of fudge! Add to coffee or yogurt, haven't used it in baking but could replace sugar in recipes requiring sugar syrup, however, heating i would presumably kill the prebiotic goodness. So maybe stick with no heat recipes."

Healthier than other natural sweeteners.

"This is the best quality Yacon I can find as it is high in FOS. I use it in my low sugar flapjacks with apple purée and Stevia. Yum!"

I am pleased with my

"I am pleased with my order of YACON SYRUP. It has a lovely sweet toffee like flavour and is great drizzled on plain yogurt or fruit. I have it in coffee instead of honey, although not as sweet as honey it suits me as I haven't got a very sweet tooth. The only criticism I have is that the syrup doesn't pour well out of the glass bottle without a little dripping down the sides, making the bottle very sticky. I would prefer it to be in a squeezy bottle and am going to transfer it into one for ease of use."

This is absolute magic in a bottle

"I have found my new favourite food item, and I'm so grateful to Kate Magic for giving me this knowledge. In one of her free Magic Kitchen Q&As she said that the only sweeteners she uses is Stevia and Yacon. I have cut added sugars out of my life, and ended up with only Stevia for a while too. Stevia is great for a lot of things, but Yacon is a game changer! I actually just like it just as it is, the dried yacon is delicious and is a little bit like dried mango. And the syrup is beautiful both visually and in your mouth. I actually prefer to just drizzle it on food like a maple syrup, but you can use it to sweeten as well. And it doesn't have that sickly sweet you get from most other types of syrups. But whether you are trying to eat healthier (I assume you are if you are reading this), or just want to try something new that you will LOVE then I can't recommend this enough. The bottle and label is comes with is beautiful too."

Excellent sweetener

"I recently started buying this for making some sweet desserts and i find it very nice. Less sweet than maple syrup, but with a good flavour. I like that it doesn't spike blood sugars. It comes in a lovely dark glass bottle..."

Wonderful syrup!

"Delicious, Nutritious and wonderfully Versatile, add it to hot beverages, use on pancakes or any recipe that requires sugar, but too runny for most baked goods."
