• What’s so special about the IM6 Full Spectrum Immune Complex manufacturing process?

  It is a pharmaceutical manufacturing process to harvest the immune-activating polysaccharides produced through the competitive growth action of six species of mushrooms. We start with a laboratory growing six species of medicinal mushrooms in a climate controlled, solid state fermentation process, where the six species are co-inoculated into sterilized substrate so they compete with each other for nutrients and space, thereby producing anti-competition compounds as a result of their competitive growth environment.

• After 12 weeks of growth in a closely controlled lab environment, we take this co-cultivated material, and as a first step we perform a hot water extract, which harvests the smaller molecular weight polysaccharides from the raw material. We set that extract aside and further process the non-soluble portion by running it thorough high pressure shear pumps driving the material through sub-micron sized orifices, molecularly separating and shearing the polysaccharides, and flash that through a high temperature air processing to harvest the larger molecular weight polysaccharides and heteropolysaccharides of the triple right-hand helix, beta-bound conformation.
