Infrared saunas heat up very quickly, they are not like conventional saunas. Most people start to sweat after about 20 mins, and find 45 mins is plenty of time. Please do your research to find out why Infrared heat is so beneficial. Most infrared sauna sessions in London cost at least double this price. This is a custom-built far infra red sauna with ceramic heaters, which emits very low levels of EMFs.
Your session time in total is 60 mins. Please bring two towels - one for the sauna and one for showering, or you can rent towels for £1 each. The sauna is in Kate's home in central London; the nearest tube is Lancaster Gate. Your privacy will be fully respected during the session. Kate will not be available to answer health questions, if you would love a consultation please book that here.
Once you book, we will contact you to arrange the time of the session. We can usually accommodate you from midday until 10pm Mon-Fri, depending on Kate's schedule. Any questions please contact kate@rawliving.co.uk.
The sauna can accommodate two people, if you would love to come with a friend, please book 2 places at the same time to get a discount.

How To Use
When you book a session, we will contact you to arrange a suitable time. It would be helpful if you could let us know the best days and times for you when you book. To book a Sauna session alongside Yoga, Reiki, or Coaching, and receive 10% discount on the combined price, please email hello@rawliving.co.uk.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, we cannot issue any refund. We can reschedule your booking for 50% of the original payment price.
If you cancel with more than 24 hours notice, we can either reschedule your session (no fee) or refund your payment less a £5 admin fee. Only one free rescheduling permitted, and the rescheduling must happen within 48 hrs of cancelling. Further reschedulings will be charged at 50% of the original payment price.
Sessions must be used within 12 months of booking.
