Mucuna Pruriens is the Dopamine Bean and this superior extract powder from Sun Potion contains 15% L-DOPA, precursor to Dopamine.

Mucuna's Pruriens contains a principle ingredient: L-Dopa, a naturally occurring amino acid which transforms into Dopamine in the Brain. Dopamine is a neurotransmitter which allows the dynamic functioning of the brain. Higher levels of Dopamine have been linked with sound sleep and an expanded sense of well-being.

Mucuna is increasingly being described as a "Jing Tonic". In Oriental medicine and Daoist Herbalism (two of our primary resources for Sun Potion) a Jing Tonic nourishes and rebuilds our "Jing" or essence.
